Background
The contract is issued by the Headquarters (HQ) United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) to provide and serve noon meals to applicants processing through the San Juan Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that applicants receive proper meals during their processing period, enhancing their overall experience and support during this critical phase.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide noon (boxed lunch) meals for Armed Forces applicants at the San Juan MEPS.

Key tasks include: preparing meals in a state/local licensed facility or restaurant, transporting and serving noon meals as requested by the KO or authorized representative, and ensuring compliance with health standards.

The contractor must notify the KO of any changes to the food establishment used for meal preparation and must provide written notification of any subcontractor changes within 10 days after contract award.

All contractor employees requiring access to government installations must complete specific training, including AT Level I awareness training, within 30 days of contract start.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with two additional option years available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the San Juan Military Entrance Processing Station located at 15 Calle 2, Suite 310, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico 00968-1741.
