The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg (MICC-FB), North Carolina has a requirement for Education and Training in support of United States Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (USASATMO). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Education and Training (SAT) to host-nations as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
The MICC-FB will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W91247-15-R-0007 on or about 15 May 2015. The contract type will be a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with an anticipated five (5) year ordering period.
The designated NAICS Code is 611699, quote mark All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction quote mark, with a size standard of $11.0M. The RFP will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All offerors shall ensure that they have completed the annual representations and certificates electronically in the System Award Management system via https://www.acquisition.gov.
