Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for dumpster and trash removal services at Fishtrap Lake, located in Pike County, Kentucky. The goal of the contract is to ensure proper waste management and cleanliness in designated areas of the lake, which are vital for recreational activities and environmental preservation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform dumpster/trash removal services at Fishtrap Lake. Specific tasks include:
1. Emptying one dumpster supplied by the contractor at Fishtrap Lake Project (Dam) once per week from July 1 to June 30.
2. Providing an open 40 CU YD dumpster at Fishtrap Lake (Above Dam) as needed, with a maximum of three pickups annually scheduled from July 1 to June 30.
3. Emptying one 8 CU YD dumpster supplied by the contractor at Grapevine Campground Area (Phyllis, KY) once per week or as needed from April 1 to September 30.
4. All work must be performed during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 0800-1500), excluding federal holidays.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 2, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
