Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, supplies, and supervision for the inspection, service, and repair of a Grove RT600E crane. This contract aims to ensure the operational readiness and safety of the Light Capacity Fleet at the Cumberland River Operations Center located in Old Hickory, TN.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. Inspect, service, and repair the Grove RT600E crane (S/N 234452) according to specified regulations and standards including ASME B30.5 and OSHA standards.

2. Ensure that all services are performed by certified technicians who meet the manufacturer's requirements.

3. Procure necessary parts for both main and auxiliary winches as per manufacturer's procedures, including but not limited to housing bearings, cap screws, bushings, seals, and brake components.

4. Remove and disassemble the main winch and auxiliary winch brake cylinder assemblies; replace all related hardware and components as needed.

5. Safely transport the winches to and from the contractor's facility for repairs.

6. Reassemble the winches after repairs are completed following manufacturer’s guidelines.

The work will be conducted at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cumberland River Operations Center located at 1180 Cinder Road, Old Hickory, TN 37138.
