Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District is issuing a solicitation for the rental and installation of an office trailer at Fishtrap Lake, located in Shelbiana, KY. The goal of this contract is to provide a temporary office space that meets specific requirements for functionality and compliance with safety regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall supply, deliver, and install a new office trailer with finished interior. Key tasks include:

1. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1), OSHA, EPA, and other Federal, State, and Local laws.

2. Visiting the site to coordinate layout and installation within 2 days after contract award.

3. Warranting all equipment and installation for one year.

4. Obtaining all required permits and maintaining them on-site for inspection.

5. Maintaining safe traffic flow through work areas as per Federal Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices and Kentucky Department of Transportation requirements.

6. Coordinating delivery and setup with the project point of contact and other agencies as necessary.

7. Being responsible for any damages during contract execution.

The office trailer must have approximate dimensions of 24'x60', containing at least four private offices, a common area with kitchen sink, a restroom, and two entrance/exit doors (front and rear). It should include HVAC systems for heating/cooling, internal lighting, electrical service (200 Amp), wiring for adequate receptacles, plumbing connections ready for hookup, but does not require furniture or appliances. Setup includes blocking, leveling, skirting, testing mechanical/electrical equipment before transport, and cleaning the interior thoroughly before delivery.
