Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide comprehensive mowing and maintenance services at Grayson Lake in Grayson, Kentucky.

The mission of the Corps includes flood damage reduction, recreation, water quality improvement, and conservation efforts. This contract aims to ensure the upkeep of public recreation areas that serve approximately 1,000,000 visitors annually.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles to perform the following tasks:

1. Grass Mowing and Maintenance: Maintain approximately 65.35 acres of landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, weeding, raking, and other related activities. Ensure all grass is cut to a uniform height and appearance.

2. Cleaning Services: Perform cleaning duties in recreation areas including trash collection and disposal.

3. Janitorial Services: Provide restroom maintenance and cleanliness.

4. Facility Repair and Maintenance: Conduct non-routine work as needed to maintain project facilities.

5. Drift and Debris Removal: Remove combustible and non-combustible debris from designated areas as specified in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from 2025 to 2029.
