Background
The solicitation is for an IDC Design Bid Build Land Based Construction for LRD River Districts. The primary objective of this contract is to provide site survey, work plan(s) and/or specifications, construction, maintenance, repair, and/or rehabilitation (MRR) services to Government installations and facilities located within the geographical boundaries of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Contractor will be required to perform/manage all facets of the work such as surveying the problem, recommending a solution, and correction of the problem in a timely manner. Materials that will be incorporated into the work will either be supplied by or ordered from the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for all planning, programming, administration, coordination, and management to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with all laws, regulations, codes or directives. The Contractor shall also establish and execute a Contractor Quality Control, Environmental Protection, and Safety Program to ensure that all work is performed in strict accordance with the contract and all health, safety and environmental laws.

Period of Performance
The performance period for each task order is mandatory with negotiable terms. The contractor shall begin performance within calendar days after receiving award notice to proceed.
