Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin is conducting market research to determine the availability and capability of companies for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for facilities throughout the state of Wisconsin. This request for information (RFI) is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded based on this notice. It aims to gather insights from potential sources regarding their capabilities in fulfilling the requirements.

Work Details
Typical task orders under this contract may include:
- Repair and maintenance of real property
- Repair and replacement of HVAC systems
- Repair and replacement of water and sewer systems
- Paving
- Roofing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Ceiling repairs or replacements
