W911SA24R2024 SOLICITATION 63rd Region 4 JOC   3

Background
This Requirement is a Job Order Contract (JOC) for the 63rd Reserve Centers in the 4th Region (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas). The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) for construction effort at US Army Reserve properties. Under the JOC program, it is expected that projects executed against this contract shall exhibit superior quality, responsiveness, and customer service.

Work Details
The Contractor shall visit the proposed work site to further define the scope of the requirement. The scoping details shall be refined and agreed to prior to the issuance of any task order. The joint scoping shall take no longer than two weeks from site visit to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the process.

The Contractor shall then prepare a cost proposal for accomplishment of the work which shall consist of an itemized listing of all proposed work elements, items of equipment to be installed, quantities of expendable items, prices, total proposed cost, and all supporting documentation as outlined in the Scope of Work. The Contractor's work responsibility includes all contractor planning, programming, administration, coordination, and management necessary to provide all work as specified.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at US Army Reserve properties in the 63rd Reserve Centers in the 4th Region (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas).
