Description

Procurement was awarded on a Firm Fixed-Price basis as an 8(a) sole source to Rico's Pump Service & Electric Motor Repair out of Troy, NY authorized by statute per FAR 19.8, and not synopsized by FAR5.202(A)(4).

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, parts and equipment to install a temporary / permanent heat source in Quarters 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, & 19. All work will be performed in accordance with Statement of Work under Project # 22PW024.

Period of Performance is 90 days after award.
