Description

This is a 8(a) sole source direct award in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.8. This contract is awarded to Nakupuna Services, LLC a registered Native Hawaiian 8(a) service provider. The requirements detailed within the PWS for material, travel and other direct costs are awarded on a cost-no fee basis in accordance with FAR 16.302. All other efforts detailed in the PWS shall be performed on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis.
