Background
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing Solicitation W519TC-26-Q-A007 for the procurement of FRS M7A1 Flat Rack Components. This contract supports the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The goal is to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, focusing on the acquisition of commercial items and services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide FRS M7A1 Flat Rack Components as specified in Attachment 0001, which includes a parts list in accordance with the Technical Data Package. The components include:
- CLIN 0001: 1110700052RIA:5B5M3 BAIL BAR - Minimum Guaranteed Quantity (MGQ): 39
- CLIN 0002: 1110700076RIA:5B5M3 RETAINER - MGQ: 168
- CLIN 0003: 1110700077RIA:5B5M3 D-RING - MGQ: 156

The Forward Repair System (FRS) M7A1 is an 8’ X 8’ X 20’ containerized tool shop designed for maintenance tasks in various climate conditions. The contractor must ensure quality control through inspections and provide Certificates of Conformance and Certified Test Reports for specific materials.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will have five evaluated ordering periods, starting from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).
