W31P4Q-26-C-0007 Test Fleet Maintenance Follow-On

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is issuing this justification for a contract to provide maintenance and operational support for the HIMARS and MLRS launcher test fleet. This requirement is part of the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office's mission to support various test programs/projects and other customer requirements related to the MLRS Family of Munitions (MFOM).

The planned action aims to ensure the operational readiness of Government-furnished HIMARS and MLRS launchers, along with associated equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, operating, upgrading, and modifying HIMARS and MLRS launchers. Specific tasks include:
1. Maintenance and support of Government-furnished HIMARS and MLRS launchers.
2. Maintenance of special test and auxiliary equipment.
3. Support for miscellaneous equipment related to the test fleet.
4. Housing, maintaining, and upgrading spare parts and other assets at designated locations including White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM; Redstone Arsenal, AL; and Grand Prairie, TX.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from November 15, 2025, to May 14, 2031, which includes a six-month extension option.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM; Redstone Arsenal, AL; and Grand Prairie, TX.
