The following is an Award Notice:

On 13 April 2022, Army Contracting Command New Jersey Located at 5418 South Scott Plaza, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640 awarded a sole source to CACI- ISS, LLC. This modification was executed in accordance with CAO-19-0584, for which the redacted justification was publicly disclosed on 4 March 2020. Modification PZ0112 to Contract W15QKN15C0049 was issued to continue performing the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Training, Development, and Sustainment (TDS) services located in Virginia. The Modification was awarded for the amount of $50,980,197.72, and issued under Product Service Code DA01 . The affected Contract Line Item Numbers 8001, 8015, 8023, and 8026

This award notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this award notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due no later than 04:00 PM EST on 28 April 2022. All submissions must be in writing via email.
