Description

This is a Request for Information and is not a formal solicitation for Area Facility Operation Specialist Support Services for multiple locations within the 99th Readiness Division thirteen state Area of Responsibility, in support of the 99th Readiness Division. If you are capable of performing this requirement as outlined in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement, please email Theodore.Goutzioulis.civ@army.mil by Friday, 1 November 2024, no later than 11:00AM EST.
Background
The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to provide Area Facility Operation Specialist Support Services for multiple locations within the 99th Readiness Division's thirteen state Area of Responsibility.

This requirement supports the mission of the 99th Readiness Division, which encompasses states including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks as outlined in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS), including:
1. Facilities Management Technical Support: Providing comprehensive technical knowledge related to design and construction.
2. Facility Assessment: Evaluating physical and functional conditions of building systems and documenting facility utilization.
3. Real Property Utilization: Verifying and documenting real property assets.
4. Life Safety Inspections: Inspecting life safety items at facilities.
5. Controls and HVAC Integration Support: Assisting in integrating HVAC controls into a Building Automation System (BAS).
6. Site Assistance Visits: Monitoring physical and functional conditions of building systems during site visits.
7. Quality Assurance/Inspection Services: Performing quality assurance on service and construction contracts.
8. Data Entry/Knowledge Management Updates: Collecting and entering mandated database information for facilities and units.
9. Planning: Maintaining annual work plans and five-year plans for regional operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across multiple locations within the 99th Readiness Division's thirteen state Area of Responsibility.
