Background
The 99th Readiness Division (RD) Department of Public Works is responsible for Real Property Ownership and Base Operations Support within thirteen states and the District of Columbia, managing approximately 11 million square feet of facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Real Property Ownership and Base Operations Support services. Tasks include engineering evaluations and technical project support for Sustainment, Restoration, and Moderation (SRM) projects. Responsibilities involve Installation Status Reporting, maintenance and repair project design, data entry into Army databases like FEMS, BUILDER, PAVER, ROOFER, documenting facility condition and utilization, and providing technical evaluations of current facilities.

The AFOS must provide an initial schedule within fourteen days after award and a finalized schedule within thirty days. Emergency issues must be investigated within twenty-four hours; non-emergency issues within fifteen days.

Period of Performance
One twelve-month base period with four twelve-month option periods from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
Multiple locations within the 99th Readiness Division thirteen state Area of Responsibility including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
