Background
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey to perform market research for Custodial Services at the Horsham USARC (PA206) in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The purpose is to obtain information on the availability and capability of qualified sources, as well as to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to provide custodial services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include maintaining designated spaces such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, drill/assembly halls, auditoriums, and stairways.

The objective of the contract is to provide a clean and attractive workplace that enhances public relations and attractiveness of the facility. Quality control and assurance measures are also specified in the document.

Period of Performance
The expected period of performance is one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Additionally, it is highly encouraged and expected for vendors to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a quote/offer for the requirement.
