Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command is issuing Solicitation W15QKN-24-Q-0ZF3 to procure refuse and recycling collection services in support of the 99th Readiness Division.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean, environmentally safe workplace free of debris and pests at the Bowie U.S. Army Reserve Center located in White Plains, MD.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform refuse collection and recycling services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Services must comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Specific tasks include:
1. Refuse Pickup & Disposal
2. Recycling Pickup & Disposal
3. Wood Container Disposal
4. Container Disposal
5. Equipment Maintenance for Transfer Vehicles
6. Equipment Maintenance for Containers/Bins/Totes.

The contractor is responsible for maintaining effective quality control and will be evaluated under the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The contractor must operate between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, excluding federal holidays.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a 12-month base period with four additional 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Bowie U.S. Army Reserve Center located at 4600 Foxtail Place, White Plains, MD 20695.
