Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), El Paso VA Healthcare System, is seeking lease of Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) to support mission accomplishment. The contract is set aside for SDVOSBs, with responses used for evaluations and award decisions.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide leasing of Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) that include copying, printing, scanning, and faxing services. The services are to be provided at various locations within the El Paso VA Healthcare System. The contract includes a base year with 4 option years and requires the contractor to ensure skillsets are met to provide the required technical support.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2025, with 4 one-year options extending the contract through 05/31/2029.
