This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), and the solicitation number is 36C10X24R0071 (Attachment I). This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07, effective September 30, 2024, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The NAICS Code is 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and the business size standard is $40 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Compliance, Risk and Remediation (CRR) and the Enterprise Mail Management (EMM) Program Office, plans to establish a Lease-Based contract vehicle to procure Mail Systems standardizing and integrating mailroom operations across the VA enterprise. Respondents are to propose Firm Fixed Prices for all of the line items in Section B.4, Appendix B Price/Cost Schedule. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. Note: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
