Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to establish one (1) to seven (7) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for Home Oxygen Delivery and Services for use within Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 (VISN20). The minimum guarantee of the contract(s) is $500.00.

Work Details
The Contractor shall be responsible for providing Home Oxygen Durable Medical Equipment and supplies to all beneficiaries serviced by VISN 20. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, transportation of equipment, equipment services, labor, supervision, training on equipment, safety management, infection control, as necessary for patients on home oxygen therapy. These services shall be required twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including holidays.

The contractor shall be staffed and stocked to render services provided all of this SOW for the duration of the performance period. The contractor shall establish a dedicated customer service team and centralized phone line to service the requirements of this contract.
