Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is seeking a Brand Name or Equal GI Scope Lease with Service for the Captain James A. Lovell FHCC. This solicitation aims to procure and install new KARL STORZ equipment to meet increased clinical demand while replacing existing equipment from previous leases.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Rollover of existing KARL STORZ equipment;
- Procurement and installation of two additional KARL STORZ NEO AIR systems compatible with existing systems;
- Replacement of existing Karl Storz equipment;
- Upgrades of older technology;
- Installation of integrated suites in OR rooms;
- Ensuring compatibility with existing KARL STORZ equipment and integration with the KARL STORZ StreamConnect image management system;
- Providing installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment;
- Delivering comprehensive training and documentation for new systems;
- Completing all tasks within specified timelines and budget while minimizing disruption to clinical operations;
- Ensuring compliance with VA standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

Specific equipment includes advanced camera systems, light sources, video processors, flexible cystoscopes, and support for video documentation and streaming capabilities.

Period of Performance
Base Year: December 23, 2025 – December 31, 2025;
Option Year One: January 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026;
Option Year Two: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027;
Option Year Three: October 1, 2027 – September 30, 2028.
