Pharmacy Sterile Compounding Trailer - Lease

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking sources that can provide a lease Pharmacy Sterile Compounding Trailer in accordance with 15.201(e). This notice is issued for market information and planning for future acquisition. It is not a solicitation announcement and responses to this notice cannot form a binding contract. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325412, size standard 1,300 employees.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a Pharmacy Sterile Compounding Trailer that meets current USP 797 and USP 800 specifications, as well as any additional specifications indicated. The trailer must be in compliance with VHA Directives, VA HVAC Design Manual, VA Pharmacy Guidelines, applicable state and federal laws and guidelines. The layout of the pharmacy compounding trailer will include a mechanical space, a hazardous buffer room, a non-hazardous buffer room, an anteroom, and other critical components stated in the salient characteristic’s documentation. The contractor will be responsible for transportation, installation, set-up of the trailer, including connections for electrical, water, sewer, cameras, key card system, and IT data. Full maintenance and repair services shall be required for a period of one (1) year after the Pharmacy Sterile Compounding Trailer is fully certified and in operation with four additional option years.

Period of Performance
This is a requirement for Mobile Pharmaceutical Trailer lease for 1-year base period plus four (4) 1-year optional periods.
