This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 / 02/23/2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40 Million Dollars. The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Mobile PET/CT Lease for the Phoenix VA Medical Center located in Phoenix, AZ. All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than March 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM PST (MST). SCHEDULE: BRAND NAME ONLY Contractor shall provide full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for one mobile PET/CT scanner to the Veterans Health Administration, Phoenix VA Medical Center. The expected Period of Performance will be a minimum of two (2) months and no more that twelve (12) months. Per FAR 52.217-8 the Period of Performance can be extended beyond the initial twelve (12) months but not to exceed an additional six (6) months.
