Solicitation 36C26321R0005 - Home Oxygen Services for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 23 General Description of Requirement: The Home Oxygen Program is a 24 hour/day service, seven days a week and encompasses the delivery and set up of prescribed Home Medical Equipment (HME). This service also includes Veteran/caregiver education on services, equipment, basic home safety review, establishing the schedule for ongoing deliveries, and preventive maintenance/ inspections (PMI) for equipment pick-up and cleaning of equipment when services are discontinued. This will be a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) procedures. This procurement will be set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. This solicitation will be issued as a tiered evaluation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority.
