ENT SCOPE LEASE- RFQ

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the ENT/Laryngology Clinic, which requires specific medical equipment to enhance diagnostic capabilities. The goal of the contract is to lease twenty-four flexible video rhino-laryngoscopes and five video system towers, along with necessary supporting equipment and image management software.

This equipment is essential for performing advanced laryngeal examinations and diagnostics.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following items:
- 24 flexible video rhino-laryngoscopes
- 5 video system towers

The flexible laryngoscopes must have diagnostic capabilities, including the ability to perform laryngeal stroboscopy, which requires specialized light sources to measure vocal fold frequency and create a slow-motion strobe effect for observing vocal fold vibrations during speech. The contractor must ensure that all equipment meets the technical specifications outlined in the attached documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months with two additional option years.

Bidder Requirements
