SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of the VA Mann-Grandstaff Medical Center in Spokane, WA, is performing market research to compile data regarding: (1) The availability and capability of qualified small business concerns; (2) Identify if there are sufficient number of qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business, or Small Disadvantaged Business, Small Business concerns relative to the subject North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate procurement method, including any set-aside decision. Respondents should clearly describe their capabilities to include management experience, equipment and personnel or the ability to obtain them. Furthermore, interested sources must also meet all requirements of Federal, State, and Local Municipal codes regarding operations of this type of service. The NAICS code assigned is: 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers The small business size standard is $19.0 Million. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future or potential solicitation, or Request for Quotation. It is the intent of the VA Mann-Grandstaff Medical Center to use the information gathered for market research purposes only. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be posted via the Contract Opportunies on Sam.gov. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is seeking sources that can provide, deliver, and maintain a mobile CT trailer and scanner. The requested rental term is two months with two one-month options to extend if necessary. The required specifications are included with the attached statement of work. The information above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, to indicate the quality of equipment that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the Government that the interested source can provide equipment that fulfills the required specifications. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, is conducting market research to identify qualified small business concerns that can provide a mobile CT trailer and scanner for the VA Mann-Grandstaff Medical Center in Spokane, WA.

This initiative aims to ensure there are sufficient qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and other small business classifications, to support the procurement process. The information gathered will assist in determining the appropriate procurement method and any potential set-aside decisions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide, deliver, and maintain a mobile CT trailer and scanner for a rental term of two months with two one-month options for extension. The contractor is responsible for:

1. Delivering the CT trailer on-site with complete setup, including connecting the 480VAC power supply.
2. Ensuring the CT trailer is fully operational and demonstrating its functionality to Biomedical Engineering personnel and CT X-ray technicians.
3. Providing a CT scanner equivalent to a Philips Brilliance 64 slice model, including a Medrad Stellant FLEX injector.
4. Ensuring the trailer has necessary features such as patient lifts, lockable doors, heating and air conditioning, and secure network connections.
5. Removing hard drives from the CT trailer before it leaves the facility at contract completion.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center located at 4815 North Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205.
