Work Details
The work details include the following tasks:
- Lease a mobile MRI trailer for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center
- Provide design, construction, delivery, installation, completion of all utility connections, training, and removal of the mobile MRI trailer
- St. Cloud VA will provide personnel to operate the mobile MRI and schedule appointments
- The site has already been prepared for the installation of a mobile trailer
- The contractor is responsible for providing installation, equipment, hook-up, utilities connections, and structural supports
- Contractor to provide Physicist inspection of MRI equipment
- Contractor to provide service, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of equipment and trailer
- Contractor to provide magnetic shielding information for the trailer
- The entire offering must meet all local, state, federal, industry, Joint Commission NEC, NFPA, VA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards applicable to the STCVAHCS

The period of performance for the contract is as follows:
Base Year: 12/01/2023 - 11/30/2023
Option Period 1: 12/01/2024 - 01/31/2025

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System (STCVAHCS), located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303.
