Background
The CW Bill Young VA Medical Center has procured a Cath Lab Imaging System to replace the existing system used for Electrophysiology (EP) and Pacemaker procedures. During the construction and replacement of this system, the Cardiology Section will perform these procedures in an Operating Room in the Main OR. The goal of this contract is to provide a short-term rental of a Siemens Cios Alpha VA30 System - Portable C-Arm X-Ray System, or an equivalent, along with a compatible Imaging Table. This rental will ensure the continuation of EP and Pacemaker procedures during the renovation of the EP Cath Lab.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a Siemens Cios Alpha VA30 System - Portable C-Arm X-Ray System or an equivalent, along with a compatible Imaging Table that meets specific technical requirements. The C-Arm must remain in VA custody throughout the lease term at 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744. The vendor must provide full-service support during the lease to ensure optimal functionality. At the end of the lease term, the contractor is responsible for removing the hard disk for VA retention. The Imaging Table must include features such as a floating table-top, motorized height adjustment, and lateral tilting capabilities.

- Minimum generator output power: 25 kW
- Capacity for images: 300,000
- Maximum system dimensions: 78 x 33 x 65 inches; weight: 375 lbs.
2. Imaging Table Specifications:
- Minimum load capacity: 500 lbs
- Features including motorized height adjustment and manual panning capabilities
3. Advanced Applications: Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA), bolus tracking, vessel measurement tools, and more.
4. Clinical Training: On-site training for two technologists and two physicians during go-live.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from June 2, 2025, to November 1, 2025.
