The temperature is forecasted to go to 90 degrees Fahrenheit on Monday 5/18/2026. United Rentals is a local company that can have the equipment up and functioning by Monday 5/18/2026. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: Cursory market research was performed. Most local equipment rentals within the immediate area do not have the equipment to support this need. Contracting Officer's Certification: Purchase is approved in accordance with FAR13.106-1(b).
