Laundry Trailer for Event Burning Man   2

Background
The Nevada Bureau of Land Management (BLM), specifically the Winnemucca District Office, is seeking to rent a laundry trailer to support its staff during the monitoring operations of the 2025 Burning Man Event. The goal of this contract is to ensure that personnel have access to essential hygiene facilities during the event.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide one (1) laundry trailer that meets the following specifications:
- Must have 6-8 washers and 6-8 dryers.
- Must include tables for folding clothes inside the trailer.
- Must have a wash basin/sink for handwashing clothes inside the trailer.
- The trailer must be climate controlled and equipped with lighting.
- All necessary attachments for connecting to power must be included.

Delivery and setup of the trailer must occur no later than August 20, 2025, at Black Rock Station, located at 200 Transfer Road, Gerlach, NV 89412. The trailers will be in use from August 20, 2025, to September 5, 2025, with pickup occurring no earlier than 1300 hours on September 5, 2025. The vendor must ensure that power and utilities are compatible with either one or two RV hookup sites (both sites have 30 AMP or 50 AMP receptacles). Additionally, the vendor must be available within six hours to repair any broken equipment during the rental period. Compliance with safety standards and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition is mandatory.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 20, 2025, to September 5, 2025.
