Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Alaska Fire Service, located at Ft. Wainwright, AK, is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilets to support fire preparedness and suppression efforts. This contract aims to ensure that adequate sanitation facilities are available for personnel working in the field during fire operations.

Work Details
The contractor will supply, deliver, and service up to twelve (12) portable toilets as requested by the BLM-AK/Alaska Fire Service. The types of units required include Standard, Heated, and Handicapped Accessible units, each equipped with hand sanitizer.

The contractor is responsible for determining the final locations of the toilets based on individual requests. Units will be serviced weekly on Fridays, with the possibility of more frequent service depending on usage. A Quality Control Plan must be submitted with the quote, addressing cleaning and disposal of spills and leaks.

All trucks and equipment used must be well-maintained and operational, with immediate cleanup protocols for any leaks or spills in accordance with OSHA Sanitation Regulations. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws is mandatory.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on October 1, 2026, and conclude on September 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the BLM-AK/Alaska Fire Service compound at Ft. Wainwright, AK.
