Caterpillar Equip Rental, Parts & Repair

Background
The Boise District Office (BDO) of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking to establish a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Caterpillar Equipment Repair, Rental, Parts, Attachments, and Service. This initiative aims to support the BLM's mission by ensuring that their equipment remains operational and well-maintained, thereby enhancing their capacity to manage public lands effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a range of services including:
- Performing emergency equipment repairs with mobile services;
- Unit testing and certification;
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment systems and attachments;
- Updating equipment and purchasing attachments;
- Providing equipment rentals;
- Conducting manufacturer warranty repairs;
- Executing corrective repairs;
- Performing regular preventative maintenance work as requested by BDO staff.

Services will be provided for Caterpillar brand manufactured equipment located at the Boise District Office Complex, Bruneau Fire Guard Station, Hammett Fire Guard Station, and Boise Wild Horse Corrals. The specific locations include:
- Boise District Office Complex: 3948 S. Development Ave, Boise, ID 83705
- Bruneau Fire Guard Station: 29715 Hot Creek Rd, Bruneau, ID 83604
- Hammett Fire Guard Station: 746 N Hammett Hill, Hammett, ID 83627
- Boise Wild Horse Corrals: 12449 S. Pleasant Valley Road, Kuna, ID 83634.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations in Idaho including the Boise District Office Complex in Boise, Bruneau Fire Guard Station in Bruneau, Hammett Fire Guard Station in Hammett, and Boise Wild Horse Corrals in Kuna.
