BPA SET-UP TRUCK AND TRAILER LEASING   4

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho has a need for daily, weekly, and monthly truck and trailer leases. The solicitation requires vendors to confirm their ability to meet all technical and delivery requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) and provide per-item pricing for various equipment over a five-year period.
Additionally, prospective offerors must be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The solicitation also includes specific safety protocols for people entering BLM facilities due to COVID-19 guidance.

Work Details
The work involves providing truck and trailer leasing services as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Vendors are required to submit quotes with per-item pricing for different types of equipment, including truck tractors, straight box trucks, reefer trucks, dry van trailers, stake-side trucks, parcel trucks/vans, and more.
The solicitation also requires offerors to provide past performance information based on contracts/orders performed within the last two years with work similar in complexity and magnitude to the work identified in the SOW.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho.
