Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the renewal and consolidation of vYond software for the Enterprise Account. The vYond software is used to create innovative, interactive training content for the Leadership Fundamentals training initiative and agency employees, especially mission-critical personnel. The software allows branding of training content with the agency logo and is essential for creating Videos on Demand (VODs) for the training initiative. GoAnimate LLC is the only source with access to the necessary source code, and GI4 LLC is the only authorized reseller under the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) program.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal and consolidation of vYond software for the Enterprise Account, including updates, upgrades, fixes, and telephone support. The period of performance is from 05/27/2022 to 05/19/2023. The successful quoter must deliver all items on an FOB-Destination basis.
