Background
The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a procurement for the annual maintenance of a complete video teleconference (VTC) suite and AV equipment.

This contract is aimed at ensuring the operational readiness and functionality of critical communication systems within the Marine Corps, supporting their mission to maintain effective and efficient communication capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the annual maintenance of the video teleconference (VTC) suite and associated audio-visual equipment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all VTC systems.
- Troubleshooting and repair of any malfunctioning equipment.
- Software updates and system upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing technical support and assistance during VTC sessions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations pertaining to AV equipment.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract will have one 12-month base period with two 12-month option years. The base period of performance is expected to be from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA.
