VTARNG October IDT Catered Meals   2

Background
The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) is seeking catered meal services in support of the 3-172 IN (MTN) Inactive Duty Training conducted at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT. The majority of the training is physically demanding and occurs outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. The contractor is expected to provide timely, high-quality meals cooked under commercial standards and high-quality customer/Soldier service.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide catered meals for 3-172 IN (MTN) only. The period of performance shall be four consecutive calendar days from October 20, 2022, to October 23, 2022. Meals will be served at specific times: breakfast from 0630-0730 hours and dinner from 1730-1830 hours. The contractor shall maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the facility/installation is not closed.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be from October 20, 2022, to October 23, 2022.

Place of Performance
Performance shall take place at Cram Dining Facility at E Building 116 in Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT.
