VPX Integrated Programmable Receiver (VIPR) Software Defined Sonobuoy Receiver (SDSR)   2

Flightline Electronics, Inc.in Victor, New York was awarded a Firm-Fixed Price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0009 by Naval Air Systems Command for seventeen (17) Fleet Airborne Air Surface Warfare (ASW) Intelligence (AAI) VPX Integrated Programmable Receiver (VIPR) Software Defined Sonobuoy Receivers (SDSR) and seventeen (17) Quad Channel External Pre-Amps (QEPs). Twelve (12) VIPRs and QEPs are to be delivered 180 days after the date of contract, 06 March 2023. If exercised, the remaining five (5) VIPR and QEPs are to be delivered 180 days after option exercise.

The effort was procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Types of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 18-0221 dated 27 September 2018 and Addendum (1) dated 29 July 2022.
