Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract aims to provide accessory components for the Machinery Control Systems (MCS) Tech Refresh of LHA6, LHD8, LHA7, and Land Based Test Environment (LBTE). The requirement is for three shipsets of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Versa Module Europa (VME) Peripheral Component Interconnect with extents for both bus standards (VPX).

The total maximum estimated pricing for all three shipsets will be reflected in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance spans five years from the date of award.

The products will be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division located at 1601 Langley Ave Bldg 542, Philadelphia PA 19112.
