This contract will provide operations support to V Department and affiliated programs in other Naval Surface Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) departments. The Contractor shall provide services in the areas of business and financial analysis, program analysis and documentation, technical documentation, cost estimating and analysis, schedule development, maintenance, analysis and acquisition support. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR TASK ORDER. Background
The contract is issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and aims to provide operations support to the V Department and affiliated programs.
