Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract, W50S8525PA033, awarded to Plastic View Atc for $12,854 (09/30/25–10/31/25). That prior work involved replacement and installation of control tower shades (12 each) in accordance with FAA-E-2470B, which is similar in scope to the current requirement to remove existing window treatments and install new blinds/cellular shades with updated performance specifications. The shared focus on shade/blind replacement and installation suggests the current effort may be a continuation of the same type of window treatment modernization work at Volk Field.
