Description

A brand name requirement for Spok MediCall System at the Madison VA Medical Center to be migrated from Nippon Electronics Corporation (NEC) Voice system to Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCCM).

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology requires the migration of the Spok MediCall System at the Madison VA Medical Center from the NEC Voice system to Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCCM).
