Visage PACS Radiology Workflow Solution VISN 23

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 23 Healthcare Technology Management, is seeking to expand its existing Visage Radiology Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) Viewer. The goal of this contract is to include a Radiology PACS Worklist and Workflow Engine, and to migrate the system to the VA Enterprise Cloud. This initiative aims to enhance diagnostic imaging capabilities across multiple VA health care systems in VISN 23.

**Salient Characteristics:**
- Customized worklists for radiologists based on various filter parameters such as ordering facilities, study dates, modality types, and more.
- Ability to perform multi-level sorting on worklists.
- Integration with existing systems including VistA Radiology Package and Health Level 7 standards.

Period of Performance
The contract shall cover five years, including a base year for migration and configuration followed by four option years of licensing and maintenance.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations within VISN 23 including Fargo VA Health Care System in Fargo, ND; Iowa City VA Health Care System in Iowa City, IA; Minneapolis VA Health Care System in Minneapolis, MN; among others.
