The contract involves the delivery of a Portable Weapons Training Simulator System, specifically a VirTra brand or an equivalent system. The key specifications include:
- Quantity: 1 Portable Weapons Training Simulator
- Brand Name: VirTra - Virtual Interactive Coursework and Training Academy
- Must be mobile-ready with a quick setup and compact case for transport.
- Weight: Maximum 100 lbs.
- Computer System: Windows Professional Operating platform (Windows 10 or newer), supports data encryption, and must be fully operational without an internet connection.
- Projection System: Minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 and at least 2800 lumens.
- Sound System: Rack-mounted speaker system.
- Operational Specifications: Self-calibrating under any lighting conditions, must support individual marksmanship training for at least two trainees, and include a library of at least 100 scenarios covering various training aspects such as mental illness, de-escalation, and use of force.
- Installation by manufacturer certified technician and on-site customer/operator training required.
- Warranty: Minimum one year parts and labor with technical support.
