Description

Background
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), and Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) will host a virtual Industry Day on April 4, 2023.
Through this event, DOL seeks to collaborate with contractors and expand the pool of vendors able to support BLS's upcoming National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 2026 (NLSY26) procurement.
Vendors will have an opportunity to learn about the background of the NLSY, its high-level requirements, and participate in discussions of BLS goals and challenges.

Work Details
Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to: survey design; sampling; screening; questionnaire design; field testing; and the collection and processing of Round 1 survey data.
The one-day event will consist of presentations followed by audience-participation discussions.
All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.

Bidder Requirements
All attendees must register by March 24, 2023 by emailing with the word REGISTRATION in the subject line.
Registration must include attendee name, job title, email address, phone number, business name and address, GSA and/or NASA SEWP contract number, firm's business size and socioeconomic status, any questions regarding BLS NLSY and/or DOL procurement, a technical capabilities statement, and identification of measures to conduct outreach to small businesses and underserved communities for subcontracting opportunities.
