Virtual Health Support Services

This is a Sources Sought/request for information (RFI) conducted as part of market research. The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide non-personal services in support of Virtual Health Services for Virtual Health Europe (VHE). The VHE provides synchronous and asynchronous Virtual Healthcare through 300+ providers in 42 specialties. VHE serves patients dispersed across garrison, operational, and remote settings spanning four COCOM's on three continents, serving Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard and Dept. of State assigned Service members and their sponsored families. Currently VHE facilitates over 7,000 appointments annually throughout 160 locations across the globe; with award of this contract the VHE footprint will increase to 10,000 appointments. Interested companies should be capable of: vetting and providing technical and management resources to provide enhanced quality of telehealth capabilities through various digital services, applications, platforms and equipment; providing expert knowledge of variety of network telehealth hardware and software programs; proven resources and capabilities of effective management of telehealth services; providing qualified individuals with the following skills: project management, health care service coordination, Virtual Health IT management, Virtual Health video network management, Virtual Health technical advisement, executive administrative support, clinical nurse coordination, health care market specialization. Providers of these services maybe placed in the European area of responsibility.

This request RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotation. Written responses will not be returned. If your firm is capable and qualified to provide non-personal services in support of a virtual health enterprise of the magnitude described above, respond in writing to the point of contact indicated within this announcement. Responses are due no later than 1200 Central European Time, Monday, 08 August 2022. All interested business concerns shall indicate their interest in a potential acquisition by providing the company name, mailing address, telephone number, cage code, DUNS number and electronic mail address to the point of contact. Interested business concerns shall also submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting their capability to perform the required services. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ is a requirement prior to any contract award. For the purpose of a potential acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification Code is 621999, All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, and the applicable size standard is $15M.
