Virginia Ports S&RTS   2

The Government requires performance of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks be completed in a manner consistent with the best commercial practices. S&RTS PWS tasks include services required for vessel loading, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo staging, transfer of cargo, tallying and checking, and handling of Government provided securing materials. In addition, S&RTS requirements include physical security, facilities, storage/staging, office space and office supplies, and equipment to perform all required documentation, to include other related miscellaneous requirements. This requirement provides service to a strategic Department of Defense (DoD) seaport at the Ports of Norfolk International Terminals, Hampton Roads Harbor, Portsmouth Marine Terminal and Newport News Marine Terminal which requires long-term.
