Description

General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) undefinitized contract action (UCA) order under the Submarine Parts BOA (N00024-22-G-4304) for the procurement of initial spares in support of Virginia Class submarine CNO availabilities. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by September 2028.

This contract action was not awarded competitively. This contract was awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
