Background
The 11th Civil Engineering Squadron has a requirement to procure services for managing, logistics, warehousing, transportation, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain Government-furnished property at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington DC.
This solicitation aims to identify small business vendors capable of fulfilling these requirements.

Work Details
The Vendor shall provide management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain government-furnished property for Special Command Positions (SCPs), general/flag officers, selectees, and the 0-6 serving as the installation commander.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Performing minor maintenance/repairs and preventive maintenance on government-owned furnishings and appliances.
2. Conducting systematic inspections and corrections of equipment failures before they develop into major defects.
3. Documenting receipt of new furnishings and appliances and managing their inventory with 98% accountability.
4. Cleaning and repairing items prior to delivery to residents while ensuring timely service without delays.
5. Conducting semi-annual inventories of all government-owned property and maintaining accurate records of all transactions related to pick-up, delivery, repair or replacement requests.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on April 1, 2026, with specific durations for various tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement.

Place of Performance
Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington DC.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capability in managing logistics and maintenance services for government-owned property. They should have experience in similar contracts with a proven track record of maintaining high service standards including a stable workforce with a turnover rate of less than 10%.
Additionally, key personnel must possess relevant security clearances.
