Vigilant Warrior Trash Collection - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

Background
The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to provide trash collection services for Officer Training School (OTS) and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the (FAC) 2023-05 (08 August 2023) and the DPN 20230817 (effective 17 Aug 2023).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to provide & deliver dumpster services at VW training site federal, state, and local regulations, commercial standards and this Statement of Work (SOW).

The contractor shall provide dumpster collection services to include provision of dumpsters and regular collection of waste. The contractor shall provide up to 15 front end load dumpsters with a total capacity of 120 cubic yards at the VW site. The dumpsters shall be equipped with the means to close all openings in order to prevent vermin from accessing trash. The contractor shall be responsible for emptying each dumpster once per week during the period of performance.
